Summary of patient experience feedback from January - March 2023

This report shares feedback collected from 297 Brent residents, including surveys, meetings with our Grassroots Community Voices network, outreach and engagement events, conversations on social media and information collected by our volunteers. 

In addition we:

  • Attended 11 community outreach events

  • Supported 27 people who came to us for information and signposting

  • Shared information with 632 people through our regular newsletter

The report includes a spotlight on urgent and emergency care and our recent visits to Park Royal Mental Health Centre. It also looks at the key themes highlighted by patients through cases and the 'share your views' survey.
