Summary of our patient experience feedback from April - June 2022

This report shares feedback collected from 287 residents, including surveys, meetings with our Grassroots Community Voices network, outreach and engagement events, conversations on social media and information collected by our volunteers. 

This quarter we:

  • Connected with eight new community and voluntary sector groups
  • Supported 20 people who came to us for information and signposting
  • Shared information with 589 people through our monthly newsletter

Most of the comments we received related to our GPs, however we also heard views on a range of other services including hospital care, dentists and the local authority.
