Summary of our patient experience feedback from January - March 2022

In Q4 we have:

  • Received survey responses from 169 people in Brent
  • Heard from 371 people as part of our GP Access project, and made recommendations for GP practices and Brent Primary Care to improve access
  • Given information and signposting support to 26 Brent residents
  • Continued to build on our relationships with key community groups across the borough
