This repor gives a summary of our patient experience feedback from April - September 2021

From April - September we have: 

  • Collected patient experience views from 201 patients
  • Built up connections with a large number of community groups, creating Grassroots Community Voices, and working with groups to hear their views
  • Given information and signposting support to 62 Brent residents
