Relocation of Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre

We are sharing information about Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre and what that means for patients.

Reason for relocation

Physical space was limited at Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre. There was a concern that the lack of space could impact upon the ability to provide services in the future. 

 In 2021 following discussions and a formal process with the North West London Integrated Clinical Board (ICB), the practice was approved for a relocation to a new health centre within Wembley Park. The new site will be more suitable for providing patient care.

 

The new address is:

Wembley Park Drive Medical Centre 

2 Humphry Repton Lane 

Wembley 

HA9 0GL

Information for patients

You will automatically continue to receive GP services from the new site from 15th April 2024. You will not need to complete any new forms or re-register.

The telephone number for the practice will remain the same. The way to contact the surgery to book appointments or request repeat prescriptions is not changing.
