Building better health equalities: monthly lectures

Every month, we come together with our host organisation The Advocacy Project and Brent Councillor Ketan Sheth to host a topical discussion about building better health equalities. Previous topics have included children and young people's mental health, food inequality and hidden addictions. You can watch the recordings and find details about our upcoming sessions below.

Upcoming lectures

A safer route into adulthood: introducing transitional safeguarding (click here to book) 

Our May lecture looks at how we can keep young people safe as they transition from childhood to adulthood. We’re delighted to have Dez Holmes, Director of Research in Practice and one of the pioneers of transitional safeguarding, with us on Tuesday 31 May to introduce the concept and explain what it means for our communities.
